ERP, data and AI, from the first workshop to everyday use
Pick the one service you need, or let us look after the whole journey. Either way, we start by understanding how your business actually runs.
ERP implementation
We set the system up around your processes, using standard features first and building custom only where it pays off.
Your team gets to try a working system early, not for the first time on launch day.
What you get
- Workshops to map your processes and spot the gaps
- Setup of the modules your teams need: sales, CRM, purchasing, inventory, accounting, HR and projects
- Data moved over from spreadsheets or your old software
- Roles and permissions for every team
- Training and user guides in Vietnamese or English
- Launch support on site or remotely
Data and AI
We bring your figures into one trusted place, then put AI on top that answers with sources and respects who may see what.
It is the approach behind our own DDP platform and the AI assistants we have built for clients.
What you get
- A data warehouse that pulls from your ERP, accounting and other systems
- Management dashboards that refresh themselves
- AI assistants that answer from your own data, with sources
- Document AI that classifies, files and finds documents for you
- Permissions and an audit trail behind every answer
- A plan that starts small and grows where it pays off
Custom module development
When the standard modules do not cover what your business does, we build what is missing.
Each module extends the system instead of rewriting it, so updates and new versions keep working.
What you get
- Modules that follow the platform's own conventions
- Custom reports, printed documents and dashboards
- Automated workflows, approvals and notifications
- Portals for your customers and suppliers
- Automated tests and code review
- Source code in your own repository, with documentation
Integrations
An ERP system is far more useful when it talks to the systems around it. We build those connections and keep them working as the other side changes.
Our team has connected high-volume contract and retail invoicing to VNPT Invoice, MISA AMIS and Oracle.
What you get
- E-invoices issued through VNPT Invoice
- Accounting kept in sync with MISA AMIS
- Banks and payment gateways
- Data exchange with Oracle and other systems
- Documents stored in Google Drive or OneDrive
- REST APIs and webhooks for your own apps
Upgrades and migration
Whether you are on an older version or moving from different software, we bring your data and history across without stopping your work.
What you get
- Upgrades to the latest version
- Custom modules updated for the new version
- Data checks before and after the move
- A full rehearsal on a copy of your data
- A switch-over plan with a way back
Support and operations
After launch, we keep the system healthy and your team working smoothly.
Every change goes to a test environment first, with a backup before each release and an automatic rollback if something fails.
What you get
- A helpdesk for your users
- Bug fixes and small improvements
- Monitoring and daily backups
- Automated, tested releases
- Performance tuning as your data grows

Questions we often hear
Do we have to replace all our software at once?
No. Most companies start where it hurts most, often sales and inventory or accounting, and add more once the first part runs smoothly. We plan the order with you.
Can you take over a system someone else built?
Yes. We start by reviewing the custom modules and the data, then tell you plainly what to keep, what to fix and what to replace.
Where will our system run?
On your own servers or with a cloud provider you choose. Wherever it runs, we set up backups, monitoring and safe updates.
How do you work out the cost?
After the discovery phase, you get a written proposal with the scope, milestones and price. Any change goes through the same process, so the budget never moves without your say.
What is slowing your team down?
A short call is usually enough to see what would help most, what it would take and where to start.
